1. How do I register at GW FASHIONS? 

We recommend that you use your email address as your username, this makes it much easier to remember. Please make sure that your password is at least 6 characters in length.

2. What is the difference between the billing address and the shipping address?
The billing address should be the same address you provided to your bank when you applied for your credit/debit card; the shipping address is the one you want us to ship the order to.

3. Can I change my order after payment?
Please note that once an order is successfully placed and processed, it can be difficult to change or cancel it. If you want to change your order, please contact us and we will try our best to meet your requirements. However, once the package is shipped, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

4. Can I cancel my order?
The order must be cancelled before delivery. We usually process the order on the same day after the order is generated and arrange the shipment within 24 hours. When arranging the delivery, the order cannot be cancelled.

5. How do I cancel an order?
Please contact our customer service via email within 12-24 hours of ordering, but please note that sometimes delivery will be arranged within 12 hours after the order is successfully placed. Depending on your order time, the closer you are to the collection schedule (determined by the courier company), the faster the delivery will be.

6. What are the method of delivery and the delivery date?
When to deliver the products to you depends on your location and the product you purchased. Usually, we will arrange delivery within 12-24 hours after payment. We have delivered you order through Royal Mail. If you are interested in more shipping information, please contact our customer service.

7. How do I track my order?
You can check the delivery status on our website at any time. After the shipment of the products, we will send the tracking number via email. Please refer to our shipping policy. Sometimes, the courier website may not be able to update the latest status of the package in time, so please be patient for 3 days and then check again.

8. What if my order cannot be delivered?
Please ensure that all the products in your order have been delivered. If it appears on the tracking site that your package has arrived and you have not received any receipt within 2 weeks, please contact our customer service for assistance.

As for after-sales service:

1. How to return?
We provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent services. If you need a return or exchange, please contact our customer service to return within 30 days of receipt.

2. How long does it take to return or exchange?
The total amount of time consists of two sections. The first part is the processing time, which starts from when you request returns, exchanges or refunds, plus the time for us to deal with the procedure. The second part is the actual time of consignment, which refers to the period of exchanging products and redelivering them to you.

Order Statuses
All your orders are listed in your personal account.
Once we receive your payment, your order will go through several steps before being “shipped out”.
Please refer to the different order statuses and their meanings below:

Waiting for payment: This order is unpaid. Please feel free to pay your order now. Once we receive your payment, we will process your order. Pending: You have attempted to pay us via PayPal e-check. At this time we haven’t received your payment yet, please check your Paypal account or bank account balance and confirm whether your funds are sufficient. If the payment has been completed successfully, please send us the transaction ID or payment proof to speed up the process.

Paid: You have just paid for your order, our server will upload your order shortly and we will start to process your order.Thank you for your patience.

Processing: Damensein will typically process orders 3-10 business days upon payment. Your processing order will go through the following phases.

1- Receiving and allocating items to your order

2- Inspecting the quality of your items

3- Packing and printing shipping labels.

Once these 3 phases have been done, we will dispatch your order. *For more information about our dispatch time for your specific item, please refer to the product page and see i.e “Delivery: Ships within 2-3 working days in locally & internationally 10-15 days.”

Delivery: Your order has left our warehouse and has been collected by the courier for the shipment. We cannot edit your order any more.

Shipped Out: Your complete order has been sent out and is now on its way to you. Please follow up the delivery in your account and track the item online.
