Return & Exchange
First of all, we want you to be our customer and if you are our customer, we loved to help you. We believe in after-sale services. We provide 30 days return and exchange policy for you. You can return or exchange all items within 30 days of product receipt.
1. What if I need to replace the product Size or Colour?
- If the size you ordered doesn’t fit you, simply
- Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
- You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
- Once we receive the product, we will send the new size (depending on the availability).
- If you want to exchange size or colour, you have to pay return postage.
please note that this process may take 1-2 working days after receiving your returned products.
1. What if I wish to return my product?
- If you find your product unsatisfactory and wish to get a refund, simply
- send/courier us the product at our Office.
- Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused and all the tags are attached we will refund your all amount without any deduction.
We provide free postage label on damaged arrived and wrong sent items, not on sizes issues or for Exchange.
please note that this process may take 2-4 working days.
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 12-24 hours of purchase. Please send us an email from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order already been shipped.
